Tank fill size
I need a new right side fuel tank for my '73.
When did GM start the 2'' fill neck?

Re: Tank fill size
I thought they were all the same. If 73 had a different fill neck it should be easy to swap in a 76 or newer one.

Re: Tank fill size
I think it changed in 1979, based on the LMC catalog. You can find filler necks on Ebay if the LMC price is too high for you.

Re: Tank fill size
I need a new tank.
I know like 82 and up are 2'' and my 73 is 1.5'' I'm trying order the right one. The fill neck is 2'' already and in the bed floor and a major pos to fill with the 2'' to 1.5 reducer
