A/c ls swap

Hi I have a 1985 c10 with all original a/c components but has been switched to r-134. What's the best way to hook up my a/c system when I put my 2003 5.3l engine in the truck? Thanks!!

Re: A/c ls swap

I'm not sure what exactly you are asking. What compressor are you gonna use?

Re: A/c ls swap

Mine has a 2001 5.3 compressor in the stock ls location. With custom fabbed hoses and a slightly notched frame. Jay

Re: A/c ls swap

Sorry I wasn't clear I'm swapping In this engine and I'm just trying to dint the best way to do the ac wether it be new compressor and relocation etc. I also am using dirty dingo mounts which state you can't use factory Compressor location so that could be a problem if I tried to leave it in factory spot, which is what I wanted to do to make it simple but seeing as I don't think it will work I was wondering what other people have done. Thanks for your replies so far!

Re: A/c ls swap

Here is a relatively cheap option if you can do some simple fabrication.
