Emission label for a 1975 Chevy C20 truck - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I am looking for emission label for a 1975 Chevy C20 truck, GM part number 362620. This label contains three engine sizes:
350-4V AIR
400-4V AIR
454-4V AIR and EGR
This was used on a heavy-duty series of engines. This label was attached to air cleaner. I have been unsuccessful finding a replacement reproduction label. I am looking for leads in finding this label. Thank you

I can't help with the lable, but you might want to post this on the 73-87 board.....
