Anybody out there have a tmi dash pad, how do you like it and how does it attach? Pictures if you have them,thanks

I am not familiar with the tmi pad but just make sure what you get has the metal stiffener inside of it. Some of the cheaper ones don't have a stiffener in them and they are like a limp you know what.... And they won't lay flat on the dash....

This replaces a stock pad and also covers the top of the dash,made of fiberglass and covered with vinyl.I have ordered one,wanted to see if someone has one installed one yet---thanks

Long story, but got my tmi dash pad/cover here are a few pictures--I was under the impression that it would use the existing holes to mount but the 3 studs look further back which will take a little improvising, I could be wrong can't get to my truck this weekend to see how it fits. Their products seem to be cheaper if you go thru one of their dealers, I ordered mine directly from them not a bad experience,but there is room for improvement.Anyway will try to get this thing on and share some installed pictures keep you posted,any questions ask.everette

What am I missing here ? That doesn't look like any of the dash pads I've installed on any of my 67-72 trucks .

Yes in the second picture I posted you can see the openings that the defrost air comes out nothing for a speaker tho

I think not, well not me anyway!

If my dash top was in bad shape like the guy posted a while back then yes it would be a solution to fixing it and a cheaper one than a whole new cab! See the link.

For a cosmetic look though...
I'd just cut some material to match the dash pad and lay it out so it goes under the pad and bolt it in place.

Mine covers the top surface of the dash and the edge facing the passenger area has a French seam. Will try to get some pictures of it installed first chance I get

Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
