Looks really good. Those wheels complement the side trim.

Re: New wheels on 1970 gmc shortbed
I wish when they redo.. older style wheels, be it these or the common as dirt 60-70-80's go to's.. They make everything larger not just the hoop..
Those rims the spokes look like wagon wheels.. Bulk them up.. to match the wheel diameter, same with the center.. The way they make them, just looks out of proportion. The center and spokes are not proportional to the rim diameter.. and welp. just looks off.. And before someone states it, yes I know the extra weight of making it look proportional.. but no one is running down the 1320 in anger on cast wheels anyways.. They look good on that truck, but I don't see them as iroc wheels.. |

Re: New wheels on 1970 gmc shortbed
I've always wanted to get a set of these in 19' or 20" and do them in a gold/bronze powdercoating, I think it would be a killer combo with the green in my '72, but $hit costs money and I've got a supercharger kit to save up for

Not sure on how to solve the ride problem but if you want to lower this is the answer with leaf springs.
