Rear track bar question

So I think I messed up... I'm about to lower my 69 c20 6 to 7 inches in the rear and ordered an adjustable pan hard bar for the drop. However, the new one is 24 inches, and adjusts to about 26 inches max. My factory one is 27 Inches long. I didn't measure before hand, and ordered one listed for my year c10 AND c20. And now I'm wondering if I goofed and got one that's too short? Obviously I'll find out when I do the install, but right now I'm waiting on bad ordered spindles and if this is the wrong part I want to return it now with the hopes that the correct one can just come with the spindles when they ship.

So, did I drop the ball on this one?

Re: Rear track bar question

Why do I need the relocated one as opposed to a factory location one? Not doubting you, just learning...

Re: Rear track bar question

So most of What im finding says I do infact have one that's too short. So my next question is, does someone make one long enough for the factory location? Or is there one that will fit on the c20 trailing arms? The few that are that style I've seen specifically say they WON'T work with c20 trailing arms
