Depends how you want to use the truck,And honestly id keep it drums unless i wanted something that handles amazing or go a lot of towing.

Agreed, as it all depends on what you want to do. The best in my opinion would be a Extreme 6S (6-Piston) from Baer on a 15" rotor. Are you just looking for a clean disc brake conversion for the rear? Or, you looking for a big brake setup? We offer a lot of options and be glad to help.

I currently have GM front disc brakes and standard drums in the rear. I am not happy with the braking ability of my truck so I have decided to upgrade.
I just ordered front and rear Wilwood brake kits. After speaking with Wilwood, I found them to be remarkably knowledgeable, helpful and eager to explain what is needed for the installation. After research, I decided for my street use to go with solid rotors to avoid the pitfalls and problems of drilled or slotted rotors. Price is very reasonable for the super quality, performance and pride of ownership received.
