Re: Photobucket
Yes, Photobucket changed their model. Now to host pictures to share on 3rd party sites, you have to pay them, i.e. upgrade your account.
This has broken hundreds of thousands of pictures all across forums all over the world. All I can suggest is finding a new hosting site or upload the pics directly to the forum.

Re: Photobucket
I heard someone posting on another forum that Photobucket wants $400 per year to allow this function.

Re: Photobucket
This function that they offered for free since '03 when they began. Not $4, not $40, but $400? That's a heck of a price to start off with. So now you have the internet all over the world with 14 years of pictures posted by a million people that have vanished, suddenly and abruptly. They can all reappear as soon as each individual who posted pictures from their free Photobucket account in the last 14 years pays the ransom.

Re: Photobucket
It's historically bad news for society. Photobucket has committed a great offense upon society. If it isn't theft it sure feels just like it. Mass theft and destruction of public information. It's like burning the library of congress down.

Re: Photobucket
It is.
But they call it business. Just like the finance companies that charge insane interest rates. They call it business too. Not loan sharking.
