Help me find np205 output shaft gaskets

I've been going nuts trying to find a front output shaft bearing retainer gasket for my NP205. Can somebody please give me a part number? One would think that rebuild parts would be plentiful for such a common transfer case, but apparently not.

Can I just throw some RTV in there?

Re: Help me find np205 output shaft gaskets

The gasket for the front output came in my bearing & gasket kit (BK205GDM, Transparts Warehouse, Amazon)

You can seal it with RTV, I like the gasket though.

Go to an auto parts store, get some gasket material and make one.

Re: Help me find np205 output shaft gaskets

I've got a bunch of extra stuff laying around, I'll check in the morning and see exactly what I've got. Just the 1 piece with the 4 mounting holes? what else?

Try not to use just RTV, there is a clearance issue built into the retainer and the gasket thickness. Using just RTV could possibly lead to cracking of the aluminum retainer when tightening down on the snap ring

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
