I Have a 350 bored 30 over with an rv cam and a 1405 carb with elect choke conversion. I am wanting to get rid of my manual fuel pump and put in an elect one. I saw some that are a inline pump with filter all in one. does any one know who makes this or is it worth it. let me know what you are running. opions are very helpful

thank
Darren

I am wanting to spend 50 to 100 bucks for one and do I need to have a regulater

FYi, when shopping for an electric fuel pump and running a Edelbrock carb you need to make sure you don't have too much fuel pressure ,I believe anything over 7 psi needs a fuel regulator my book is in the garage I will check later and find out what the limits are if someone hasn't posted them.

Edelbrock recommends fuel pressure be less than 6 psi , and should not drop below 2 psi.

I have one that I used on my 1835 Volks SANDRAIL. The name is FACET. Napa carries them for about 30.00 or 35.00 and a regulator is 20.00.

Autozone sells two universal electric fuel pumps, E8012 and E8016. I think the E8016 is the low pressure one, three to five psi, I think. The other is 9 to12 psi, I think; check with the counter guy if you can find one who knows the answers. I also run an Edelbrock with the low pressure pump mounted back by the tank on the frame rail on my 4x4 Blazer, and a pressure regulator from Advance auto, Purlator, set to 3psi. Everything works great so far after a couple of years and cross country trips.
