250cid alternator & smog pump bracket

Hi All... I went to change the belts for my alternator and smog pump on my '68 GMC with a 250cid motor and discovered the bracket that they mount/adjust on is broken. Any idea where I can get one of these? Thanks!

Good excuse to delete the A.I.R. pump.

Any harm in leaving the smog pump on for now and running the truck without the belt until I decide what I want to do?

No, not at all. I agree with the rest of the folks. My 69 that I bought from CA last year had the smog pump on it. The first thing I did on day one was to remove all the smog stuff and install PS. It was an excellent choice on my part, it steers great and looks a lot better in my opinion. It is also a 250 six.

Sometimes the Camaro restoration catalogs have stuff like this, although they tent to focus on V-8 powered cars. Eckler's Camaro is one of those companies. I got my Z-28 style fuel lines and tee-blocks from them for my C-10.

Thank you everyone for your input... I ending up having it welded. All back together now.
