I never had any luck using non-fouler on even one plug.

Its time for a rebuild! If its burning oil to the point its fouling the plugs, the hole in the non fouler will just get clogged up.

I've had better luck running a hotter plug than a non-fouler. Even then, it was only temporary

The cylinder with the non-fouler on it had a dead miss. The spark plug was new, but apparently would not ignite the fuel since it was so far away from the cylinder.
