Spid

Is that the sticker on the glove box ? If so what does SPID stand for ? Does anybody make repro's forvthem ? Thanx

yes the spid is on the glove box. Its short for Service Parts IDentification. I know somebody use to reprint them but not sure if they still do.

Welcome to the boards from Saskatoon. Here is the link to OutintheShop. He does super work. If you have a a Canadian Oshawa built truck, if its a 72 the 7th digit in the serial number will be a 1 and if a 67 to 71 the 6th digit will be a 1, you can write to the GM Heritage Centre and get a printout of how your truck was built. The attached pics are the Spid for my truck and the one Jeff made for me.
