Bright LED's
I did a search before asking but couldn't find what I was looking for....
Anyhow, where can I get the newer style bright LEDS? I am not talking about the whole tailight or anything....I am building some new headlights for my car and need to build "angel eye"s like whats on the newer BMW's. Where can I find the bright LED's? I tried Radio Shack but didn't see anything....any site I can visit to edu-macated?

Ok, what does it mean about the degrees of viewing?
Ex. RL3-Y4545 Yellow 3mm LED 3mm Yellow Super Bright Led 4500 mcd / 45 Degree Viewing Angle |

light dibursement.....I would guess it's smilar between a narrow beam spotlight and more of a flood....the small the number the more direct and end focused it is and the larger the number (45 degrees) the more the light spread......
thats sounds good doesn't it?

I got mine at RBS Online Rod Shop. I think they are in Washington or Oregon......Nice Quality..

Mike, you hit the nail right on the head on that.
Think of the stop light at a 'Y' intersection. In the 70's they had the odd lens to where if you were not in front of the light, it would apear black. Verses the regular stop light that you can view from extreem angles. |
