Brakes
So my master cylinder is bad, i think, so as the brake parts for these trucks are cheap should i do wheel cylinder and calipers all the way around and a new master?

How old are the flex hoses? You might think about going after them, as well.

Yes replace hoses, but wheel cylinders and calipers only if they aren't working or are leaking. You have calipers on your 69? Later model axle swap? Stock 69 is 4x drums.
