I work for a RR and it does sound like a Locomotive horn. Or close

Actually this is not an air horn, I don't think, it's the four-horn "train note" set that Cadillac offered in the mid-80s as an option. I run on them on my truck.... sounds just like this. It's not about how loud it is, it's about having the right "chord" or notes.
