Heater Box Rebuild
On the defroster diverter plenum can anyone identify a good replacement for the valve seal? It's a fuzzy, jute of some sort but I don't think it's like on the backs of carpet.

From where I'm sitting it looks like 3M scotch-bright or a piece of home filter material.

Thanks guys. I just realized that this isn't really being used a seal but more of a pad to keep the noise down when the valve is opened and closed.
I just re-stapled a piece of 1/8" foam rubber to the valve. Works like a champ. |
