I need help on a finding owner information on a 1970 Chevy truck with a 12 vin digits and letters. EC240Z147762 or if anyone knows a specialist I can hire please!

I think you transformed the first to characters, but if it is actuall this VIN
CE240Z147762 Then you have C - 2wd E - V8 2 - 3/4 ton model 4 - Pickup 0 - 1970 Z- Made in Fremont Rest is production line#
