Square style fuse box adapter?
The C10 fuse box has those square style holes on the left side and lower area, I am looking for an adapter plug to go into those to tap into the power and add a circuit - just a plug with a wire out of it basically, I've seen these before and know they exist but can't find them online, does anyone know the name of that style add-a-fuse/circuit style adapter?

The style is called ATO... each section actually has a particular design (ACC doesn't fit in one space to the right for instance), or at least that's what I've been told. They look very similar when just looking at them, but apparently the adapter you would use for ACC and the one you would use for IGN are different in shape, so thus you would use the RED over the Clear, etc. One option, if you are looking to be quick and dirty, is to use a spade terminal and stick it into the spot you are working on. In fact, I would recommend that before splicing in one of these terminals, to keep you from wasting them! |

Re: Square style fuse box adapter?
I've also got GM use panel add-on pigtails already terminated w/1, 2 or 3 pigtails each with mating connectors and terminals-that way if the power draws are fairly low, you can run multiple circuit each instead of 1:1. This will save you some fuse panel space.

Okay thanks, will keep that in mind for sure. Just adding a basic accessory and wanted something that would visibly plug into the front so it could be more easily recognized, so these ATO options look great.
