'89 style for '75 K5
Just wanted to show the world my latest creation. I put a '89 suburban front clip on my '75 K5 Blazer. I still haven't put the hood on yet. The fenders came off of a '88 silverado parts truck. I am very happy with the project. If anyone needs info on how it is done let me know, I took pictures of all the steps.

ive only got $40 in mine. my wifes uncle gave me a complete front clip that was kinda ugly, it had a warped hood, which im not using and both fenders were dented pretty good. after i installed them and proved to the wife it would look good she let me buy new fenders from a bone yard, then the guy only charged $20 each. i was stoked. heres what it looked like with the crap fenders.

That looks pretty good so far. Personally I prefer the 75 front end, but everyone likes things different. That's the first time I have seen it done using the 73-80 style bumper.
What kind of grill are you going to put in it?

thanx alot for the complement. i really dont like any of the stock options of this style, just like the way the headlights look. so i am trying to come up with a custom grill. most likely using flat metal. im the type of guy that doesnt like anything flashy like chrome or trim, so it wont be too extreme. ill post pix when i come up with something. right now i just need to get the hood on before winter.....oh crap, is this november already.....
