Is '65 speedometer compatible with TH 400 trans
Is the speedometer on '65 C10 compatible with a TH 400 transmission? If so, does the stock cable work?

cable should fit, but whether or not the gearing right is another story. it is not that difficult to rectify though

Yes the stock speedo cable should fit just fine. The speedo connection on a TH400 is no different than a Th350, a powerglide, or any other GM trans with a mechanical speedol.
