Wire intellitronix dash with factory circuit board connector
Has anyone done this before? I know classic parts sells the connector and was thinking of trying to wire it with that so it's plug and play. Anyone have any experience in doing this?

Re: Wire intellitronix dash with factory circuit board connector
So I think Ive come up with a wiring diagram that will work that will let me use my existing harness. Let me know what you guys think.
The bottom left is where I wire the panel into the existing harness. There are three subnotes at the top that I will need to run a new wire for the tach in the N/A #5 spot, run a new wire from the trans in the #3 spot since I wont need the gauge feed anymore, and then run a new wire for the oil pressure send in the #8 spot since I wont need the cluster feed or heater control lamp anymore. Does this look logical to everyone? I can draw out the bottom left and upload a new photo again.

It's a good idea. I like using factory stuff when possible, but I would probably buy a metri-pack or weather-pack connector. The older stuff doesn't always make a good connection.
Also, don't forget about your grounds!
