drop, flip, shocks?
I have an 81 C10 with McGaughys 4.5/ 6 drop with flip kit... shock extenders... will these shocks work for my set up? Both are stock shocks/ not dropped shocks.
Bilstein B6 4600 rear - 24-009331 Bilstein B6 4600 - front - 24-192941 Would like to order today. Thanks in advance.

Re: drop, flip, shocks?
actually I only have rear extenders..... I was told to still use stock fronts, not dropped..... they cost a lot and want to make sure before I pull the trigger and order them.

Re: drop, flip, shocks?
mine is lowered 5/6 and this is what i did for shocks and didn't rob the bank
(2) KYB 344068 front (stock length) (2) KYB 344072 rear (stock length) i used shock extenders on rear you'll have bout $100 total with shipping from www.rockauto.com not bad considering these are KYB's and i was fine with stockers on front with 2.5" spindles/2.5" springs up front this combo works for member ultrahd4me in most all of his builds |

Re: drop, flip, shocks?
If you only have a 2" or less spring drop in the front and the rest of the drop is in the spindles, you can use stock front shocks. If you have shock extenders in the rear, you can use stock shocks in the back as well.
