I'm restoring my truck and trying to figure out the paint colors, did they use a different ochre on two tone truck 536 over solid color trucks 511.

nope, ochre is ochre. 536 is just the Conventional Two Tone code for a 521 white roof and 511 ochre body. No white in the middle (if that's it in your avatar, someone has added the white in the middle somewhere along the way to make it a Deluxe Two Tone).
