1967 GMC Wide side short bed 4x4
Hello everyone, I'm a new member as of a few weeks ago. Anyway, at the time, I was considering the purchase of a 1967 GMC WIDESIDE SHORT WHEEL BASE 4X4. As I started to research the truck it was looking like a pretty rare truck as far as low production #s. Maybe only 300 or so produced and being 50 years old and still in its unmolested, original condition, matching#s and original paint. I came across this site and asked a few questions to confirm what I was understanding. Thanks for all who responded. I'm not trying to boast but seems like everyone wanted me to post pictures. So I made the purchase today. The truck is rough but is solid and has great potential to restore to new condition. There is no SPID in the glove box but I do have the original build sheet still behind the coils in the seat.

Yup, that’s the one I saw on Craigslist up here. Glad it is going to someone who wants to bring it back to its original form. I prefer the stock look. Keep us posted on your progress!

Re: 1967 GMC Wide side short bed 4x4
That would be considered near-mint condition in the rust belt where I live! Great to keep it original if possible but it's your truck after all. Enjoy it.

Not your everday find, congratulations. '67 GMC's are low production in any configuration. IMO. a great buy ( rare and desirable). Please keep the no nonsense "Billy Jack" look!

Re: 1967 GMC Wide side short bed 4x4
Articman; for the engine mounts I believe. I had this one from an old EBay listing but hard to see detail. This was for a 1969 3/4 ton with a 351 V6.

Re: 1967 GMC Wide side short bed 4x4
truck is currently being shipped to me.I should have it by Wed. Are these pictures something you personally want? I guess I'm not understanding why someone would want a picture of engine x member? I will send you a picture when I pick it up.
