Came with a group of 67-72 parts but not for those years, figured 73-87 by date? Anyone know what it's for? Thanks

03976197 is a part number GM has recycled several times.
It shows up in the 73-79 parts books section 4.570 73 All, Blazer, Jimmy ........ 3976197 A.R. 12.85 GROMMET, control lever (type 205)
