Longhorn at Mecum KC

Saw this Longhorn at Mecum Kansas City. Someone did a nice dually conversion. Lot S27, sold for $22,550.

Re: Longhorn at Mecum KC

Color combo is kinda love-hate. It's close (interstate batteries, rusty bolts and a rusty master cylinder are all I could spot at first glance) and the little things that are left should be easy to clean up.

It'll be interesting to see how much a nice custom dually will bring!

Re: Longhorn at Mecum KC

Sounds about right I guess. I wonder what a more original one like mine would do (without being a dually and with hubcaps and all stock)...

I imagine you need a SWB 4x4 if you want to break 40K still.

Re: Longhorn at Mecum KC

That's a nice looking truck. Someone invested a lot more money than $22K, even if they did all the work themselves.

Re: Longhorn at Mecum KC

Not bad. Not my area of interest and I guess if I was burning hundreds to keep my house warm I'd pay that much. But...I like it.
