Re: What are these Hubcaps from ??
The first ones are this era (68-72) fullsize and the next ones are later-70s, like '78-80ish I think? I think those first ones (either, really) would look great on a truck. I'm not sure I've ever seen a truck with them before.
EDIT: Here's an example

The ones closest to the truck look like AD years, 47 -54.

The ones with the black striped inserts around the sides are from a 65/66 Bel Air.

Re: What are these Hubcaps from ??
If the tub at the tp of the first picture has nub-type baby moons with bowtie stamped in them they are around 70/71/72 Chevelle/Malibu/Nova/Camaro caps

I've never seen any of those small caps on a higher end car like the Impala or Caprice. These are commonly know as "Poverty Caps". Mike. |

Re: What are these Hubcaps from ??
I believe you are right Tim. I mistook the bowties for chevrolet across those moons.

Re: What are these Hubcaps from ??
The last baby moon type cap used on Advance Design Chevys had a bowtie and looks a lot like those later caps. The bowtie was bigger and was a larger painted sunken one with a chrome or white smaller bowtie inside of it

Re: What are these Hubcaps from ??
Tim ,they are the Nub type and that is what I thought they were too . The 4 by themselves is what Im not sure about ,they are stamped like 67/68 Truck caps but are aluminum with no paint on them. I have about 350 total NOS from a local Chevy dealer that closed down.

Re: What are these Hubcaps from ??
Warrens69GMC identified those. I knew they started using them around '78 but these are years I stopped paying attention to. The chrome ones I know I correctly identified. Earlier full size used other style caps. Nice stash of caps. You are all set for when they guys finally turn to putting good looking car caps on these trucks rather than pay out the ying yang for correct truck caps on trucks that are custom anyway. It's what people did back before custom wheels became common place. It was common to see on these trucks back in the day. I put '55 car caps on 8"/10" wheels on my '72 back in '73 because I hated the Highlander/Monte Carlo wheel covers (and wanted a wide track/deep dish look)
