pretty sure that I have one. should be a 5 blade clutch fan. it will be tomorrow before I can check

here`s the one I have. 18" wide. the clutch will probably need replaced. $50 plus shipping

Just an FYI , thats for a car , the AC fan and clutch are completely different for our trucks
