Kudos to POL
I've noticed folks are often quick to spread the word on forums when a parts seller cheats them, so I thought it was only fair to compliment a retailer when I recently received some great customer service.
I got a defective proportioning valve from POL - Performance On Line. Even though it was 6 months old they immediately sent me a replacement at no charge, no questions asked. A phone call was all it took - no "return the bad one at your expense and then we'll replace it" delay tactics. And btw, they immediately answered their phone - no annoying phone menus. I highly recommend POL.

Re: Kudos to POL
POL has always went above and beyond for me. I've been extremely happy with everything I've gotten from them, they even sent me the install instructions for my 4 link soi could look it over before I bought it!

Re: Kudos to POL
No phone menus??? That alone is worth a call.
6yr old message starts: "Please listen carefully as our menu options have changed." |

Re: Kudos to POL
I can agree, POL has been great to deal with especially the phone option. I called Marshall Installments the other day and someone picked up as if it was a house phone. Like "hey buddy" that goes a long way for me.

Re: Kudos to POL
That does serve as an incentive to think about buying from them. Service after the sale is a big plus for wanting to deal with someone too.

Re: Kudos to POL
good to hear customer service still exists.
I bought a radiator/e fan combo and when I put them together the fan didnt fit. I called and they said "sorry! its been too long since you ordered, we only give 3 months for returns." I told them "IT DIDNT FIT 3 MONTHS AGO EITHER".
