WTB: Vent Window Assemblies
I am looking for a set of complete vent window assemblies including the door braces for my '74 C20 project. NO Rust! I will rebuild with new rubber and felt.
Rust: The pitted, deep build up of rust. Mild surface rust oxidation is okay. Having to blast the crap out of a pitted part like a window frame, and then try to paint it to look good. . . not my first choice.

Re: WTB: Vent Window Assemblies
Define rust. Does places the paint rubbed off the metal and turned brown count? Or is rust to you the pitting in the metal stuff?
Different parts of the country mean different things for rust, I've found that out the hard way on the buying end of things |

Re: WTB: Vent Window Assemblies
If you can't find better, closer, especially since these have some weight and size by the time you box them, I have a mismatched early pair. Both came out of 73-76 doors, but off different trucks.
The rubber areas are cracked but do hold shut. The glass opens and closes, and the lever locks in place, but the chrome on those levers is rather pitted. Glass is good, but has whatever it is that grows on things that sit parked for a long time around here. Been sitting on a shelf in the workshop since then. |

I have a pretty decent one out of a 79 or 80 truck passenger side tinted
