Bagged 58 apache 3100
Hello everyone,
I recently freed up some money paying off my truck and ready to start progress on my apache. So I am wondering what do you all think is the best IFS kit to go with for a bagged truck. As well as shops you would recommend for the installation in central texas. I would do it myself but i dont have the tools or space to do it. Money isnt unlimited but I'm not on a super tight budget either. Any help you guys can give will be appreciated. Thank you -Iggy |

Yes, it is me. I'm almost heading home from the desert so I will hopefully be able to start my project soon. I guess i should have clarified. I would just go to the shop for the suspension parts to be installed. Steering and brakes can wait as the project is still in the very early stages. Not for the whole project to be completed. If it will be 20k for just that then yes i will look at other options lol. Mikebte, Valid question, but i want to do the swap because i like the look of a truck resting on the ground. However I dont want to be that low at all times because some of the road around here are awful. Disk brakes and all the other benefits that come with an IFS would just be icing on the cake. The truck itself is in good shape. Uncut frame, minimal surface rust in the corners and on the frame. |
