Help Identifying Suspension Drop
Hey Guys,
New to the forum and new to old chevy trucks... I picked up a 1968 C10 Long Bed about two months ago and started replacing all of the old stuff. One thing I noticed when replacing the ball joints is, the springs are "bent" into the shape of the suspension travel, aka having a curve to them. I'd like to replace these with proper springs but I do not know what the drop height is and/or what springs it has. I did not have a lot of information on the truck when I bought it, as the fella I bought it off had it shipped up from his nephew in Kentucky. Here are some pictures to hopefully help identify the suspension. If you cannot see the pictures, please let me know! Thanks, Bart |

Re: Help Identifying Suspension Drop
I would guess they are original springs.
