Electronic Ignition
Looking for recommendations on a drop in distributor with an electronic ignition. There is a metric **** ton of options, but wanted to know what is tried and true.

Re: Electronic Ignition
If wanting a drop in HEI for the '71 K1500 listed in your post be aware that the V8 engine sits further back on the frame for a 4WD truck. The big cap HEI is do-able but will be a tight fit to the fire wall. I used my original points distributor and original black GM style cap with Petronix conversion. Does away with points, still looks stock and is breaker less ignition. Just a suggestion.
