I have this one I could sell you for $125 shipped. I blasted it with walnut shells. I did the same to my fronts and then coated with 2 light coats of vinyl paint. This panel is not painted yet.

No cracks or extra holes. It does have the factory rear hole. I thought the picture showed the whole door panel. I will post another pic.
