High-Hump vs. Low-Hump which do I need?

Which do I need or will either work?

I'm building a 4x4 np205 with Th350 trans. Most 4x4's I've seen are High-Hump, Was that because they were Manual Trans or 4x4? can I put a low hump non-removable hump cab on my Long box 350/Th350/np205 stock cab bushing(no body lift) truck? I know I will have to at least cut a hole for the transfer-case shift, but does anyone know my will either work?

Talking

Although I prefer the removable hump, (high hump) the cab on this truck has a low hump with a TH-400 and NP 205 transfer case in it. It is difficult to install the transmission/transfer case but it does fit.

My 1970 blazer is a 4x4 automatic and is a high hump-- from the factory that way.
