I forgot to mark the front of the transfer case crossmember when I took it off, is there a front and rear to it or can it go in on either side?

The cross member usually has some 3/8'' holes the flat place for a skid plate, those are on the right hand side. there are 4 of them

Who knows what you are running. Here's the blinders response, along with what's been pointed out. Assemble with original mounts. If you get poly adapter mounts to the cross member it could, not for sure but could, kick your angle off as much at 2 degrees. Assemble with original rubber mounts. Recheck angles. If all angles are good and no vibrations then move forward with new mounts. The poly stuff is unforgiving and will magnify the drive-line imperfections. I have a love hate relation with the new non rubber bushings and such.

I have some NOS rubber for the side bracket that attaches to the T case. Truck has a SBC 350 with a Turbo 350 trans.
