67-68 E-brake Guard ?
I know what they are altho never seen one on a pickup up close and personal. Why did some trucks get them and some did not? Was it a trim level item? My BIL has had a 68 GMC and a 67 GMC, neither had the e-brake cover. Both were low optioned bare bones trucks.

Correct on it being a trim level option. CST would get it and I have seen them on customs also.

Re: 67-68 E-brake Guard ?
Thanks Eric, still learning about these trucks after playing with them for so long, LOL. Guess most of these trucks here in the flat lands were bought by local farmers who didn't have much use for frills and dressins'

Strange, my 67 CST doesnt have one. I picked one up here on the board, and there arent any holes that line up for it either.

Re: 67-68 E-brake Guard ?
Sorry guys, hope you didn't take my comment wrong. I wasnt trying to dispute the trim comment, just thought it was weird mine didn't have one. Then again, with the way factories sometimes operate, I guess I shouldnt be surprised, lol.

Re: 67-68 E-brake Guard ?
I have the e brake cover but don't have a e brake handle installed yet. I need to find all the cables for it. I have none what so ever for it. Mine is a Custom.
