Tonnage stickers?
How come "back in the day" it was so common to see tonnage stickers on our trucks? I'm not talking about commercial trucks, which I suppose are supposed to have them do to regulations. Just talking about the average Joes pick up. Maybe it was a NW thing?

I never saw that done back east. It was west of the Mississippi that I'd see the GVW on passenger side lower front of bed
