Hello from SW Idaho
Just picked up a 1971 blazer. It will need the usual floor, bed and rocker repairs but it looks like something I can do.
Been reading the forum for a while and am really excited to get after the restoration. My truck is kind of weird. It’s got a 68 front clip on it. After looking at all of the front clips from the 67-72 it has grown on me. I like the sloped hood and the grill. I also have a half cab and a double wall top. The double wall is a bit scabby but it is a project after all. The truck has an automatic and a 350. Looks to be all stock. I’m going to need the village on this one. Welcome from the panhandle. Mine is a Heinz 57 too. It's a 70 cab sitting on 68 everything else. But it's starting to grow on me. Good luck with your project. Lots of good info here.

Hello Jeff1971. I am also from SW Idaho, in Boise and have at 1969 unrestored driver C20 with 396, T400 and AC. I'm going to start my resto in the next year or so. If you find local businesses/parts suppliers that you find helpful please share as you go through your journey to restoration.
