Park/neutral pin on ecm
2010 e38 5.3 going into a manual transmission truck. Pin #1 on the x1 connector.
What do I do with this pin? Ground it out, hotwire it, connect it to something, ignore it? What does it do? I'm assuming it affects the idle somehow. |

Re: Park/neutral pin on ecm
Lt1swap.com shows a ground signal.
http://www.lt1swap.com/E38%20ECM%20C...%20Pinouts.htm Sorry I have an auto so not sure when it needs to see the ground. Need to check the schematic. http://www.lt1swap.com/pictures/4L60...l%20Signal.gif 1786-og/bk wire This is probably not a lot of help.
