Underhood Toolbox for sale

I have a toolbox built to fit under the hood of a 71 Suburban. It is a little rusty, but not bad. Has a bracket for holding the washer fluid bottle on one side. If anyone is interested, let me know and I can put a picture out here. Shipping would probably be more then the thing is worth, but I'd be willing to ship if you're willing to pay. Free to anyone that wants to come get it.

This sounds interesting. Is it a dealer option or a homemade deal...or do you know?
I would like to see a pic if it is no problem.
I am in no situation to buy it though...just to be up front.

It fits under the hood, driver's side with the sloped side against the front of the inner fender well.

Dimensions

It is 15x12 at the top and one side slopes down so it is 15x6 at the bottom. It is about 13 1/2 inches deep. I would guess it weighs about 8-10 pounds. If you want to pay to have it shipped, that'd be fine with me. It is not badly rusted or anything, but definitely not 'cherry'.

Not that I want it, but TTT. I would think it should be able to ship UPS, FedX or what ever. Take the bottle mount off of the side, tie the lid down and it is ready to ship. No box needed, just slap a shipping label on it.

Is it a option or a homebrew thing?

Option or not

I don't know if it was an option, but my guess is not. If it is homemade, it was done very well. It may be an aftermarket thing.
