painted bumper guards.
I have two bumper guards that I bought for what I believed was a 63-66. Not even close. Though they resemble the correct ones the contour of the bumper is not the same and there seems to be a left and right. 3716923 and 3716924. In my books that's a left and right. Can't find the part numbers in any of my books. Literature freaks in here?

Re: painted bumper guards.
This photo has a 63-66 under the mystery guard. Notice the difference in bumper profile.

Re: painted bumper guards.
Google Photo's system sucks . So easy to transfer photo's before from Picasa. Now it's a mystery how to do it.

Re: painted bumper guards.
Easier yet to just go Advanced, click on the paper clip, and follow the yellow brick road

Re: painted bumper guards.
I use google for all my photos I post.
Have to be in an album, and that album has to be public. Then, when viewing the picture, right click and select "Copy Image Address" Then, in your post in the forum type: I'm going to do it here below. Without the around the link, it looks like this. https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/jE...s=w800-h513-no With those around it, it looks like this: Actually, the forum tunicates that link. It's actually a mile long. Last edited by b-mac; 02-21-2019 at 12:46 PM. |

Re: painted bumper guards.
Identical looking as the 63-66 version , but has a left and right. The 60-66 version is interchangeable.
This is the mystery Bumper Guard over a 63-66 Guard. Bumper is a different profile.

Re: painted bumper guards.
If they fit a 59 factory front bumper I am interested in them if you cannot use them. Let me know what your plans are in a private message. Thanks!

Re: painted bumper guards.
Could I mail you a cardboard cutout of the profile to see if it fits? I guess your bumper would have to be arced in order to require a left and right.
