S10 conversion header question
Believe me, I think Iv'e read every post from every forum and hadn't found an answer. Will the S10 small block conversion headers work with a block that has ANGLED Plugs?

Re: S10 conversion header question
I think you need to be clearer about what you’re asking. I’m assuming you’re talking about a sbc swap. So more info will help us steer you in the right direction.
What year of truck you have, motor and trans you’re planning on using etc,etc......

Re: S10 conversion header question
Ha
That would probably help. 350 sbc with turbo 350 in a 1950 on a 85 s15 frame. The engine and tranny are tacked in and you can see the exhaust manifold may or may not work on the drivers side. |

Re: S10 conversion header question
Ok, so you and I are running same frame, motor and tranny. So by manifold are you talking about intake or exhaust?
I moved the motor to the passengers side about 3/4 of an inch to help clearance the steering.

Re: S10 conversion header question
I was talking exhaust manifold. If I move the motor over, does that cause alignment problems with the tranny not being exactly centered in the frame?

Re: S10 conversion header question
Are you using those headers you posted? If so, is your steering shaft passing through the header like they do on the Patriots?

Re: S10 conversion header question
You may want to look at my build thread. I have an SBC 350 swap on an S10 Frame. I used the Hedman headers and I believe the first page of the build thread has the details.
Here is the driver's side with steering.

Re: S10 conversion header question
Thank so for the great pic. However, I need to know if the steering column passes through the other headers. The ones linked above for angled spark plugs.
