Hey Terry, I have this one pulled out of a green 72. Mounting feet to the bed are solid. Has a torch mark where someone must have cut the tire holder hardware off. Only hardware I have is the 2 oem bolts and nuts that hold it to the upper bedside. Could get it to Michigan for $90 shipped. Let me know what you think. Thanks, Curt
