any body have or know of ablower for sale that wouldnt cost
an arm and a leg? I have a 454 truck id like to put it on for pulling.

If you're just looking for a little extra boost, I'd go with a Weiand 177 supercharger. They aren't quite as much as the 71 series blowers.
