Help with Part Identification
Hi,
Took apart the 68 last year and finally am ready to put it back together. I labeled each and every piece except for this one. I think it is an interior piece that has something top do with the steering column, any help in identifying where and how it goes is much appreciated, a picture would be even better! Many thanks, Larry |

Re: Help with Part Identification
Look under the steering column. The two rubber pieces are what the clutch and brake pedal rest against. Sorry I don’t have a picture.

It's called a pedal stop bracket/plate. LockDoc

Re: Help with Part Identification
You can tell which side the bolt heads have tightened up against by the bare metal circles on the bracket. Put that side down and the rubber pads against the brake and clutch pedal arms. The bolts are 5/16 x 3/4 inch long. LockDoc
