What year doors to use?

I've been thinking of trying my hand at body work. I'd like to buy a set of doors and start rebuilding them. My question is should I buy 72s for originality or go with another year to avoid hard to find inner panels? Will 67 through 72 all fit? Also, is there one brand or another to seek out or avoid for skins, bottoms or other parts?

Re: What year doors to use?

67-72 will fit, but if the guts are still in it, only a 72 will have the correct spacing for the window regulator cranks. A 72 is also the only year with the vent window screw.
