New from Prescott AZ

Joined a few weeks ago and just got the ability to post. I have a 1986 Chevy M1009 CUCV Blazer. I'm in the process of restoring it.
This is what the "Beast" looked like when I bought it. The CARC paint was extremely faded.

Welcome from another newbie, very cool truck! Amazing how that desert air fights car cancer, looks to be in great shape. Guessing from the star on the front it was a Generals truck too.

Thanks!!

The Star on the front is a standard US Army marking. They had the same 3" star on the rear. Surprisingly those were the only external markings which these had, other than the unit markings on the rear..

Pretty low key.

That also makes perfect sense. I'm far more used to seeing old blue Air Force Dodges here in Colorado, nice to learn what to look for!
