The steering wheel is out of a 1971 gmc, it is the olive green color.
It is in good condition for an original but there are 3 small cracks on the wheel, this wheel is very usable and fixable. I am including the gmc horn center cap with the wheel.

No, no cracks on where it mounts to the column. You can see them in the picture at the very top and on the side.
